CONSTITUTION: A plastic molding hot runner valve nozzle capable of disassembling And assembling a runner is composed of a position regulating ring(7) fixing the position of a sprue(2); the sprue; a sprue cap(1) forming a portion of an upper sprue(3) with a gently curved corner(27); an upper pin guide(4) for forming a portion of the upper sprue and lifting and guiding a piston lift plate(10) connected with a nozzle pin(11) in the center; a lower pin guide(5) for forming a portion of the upper sprue and contacting with the upper pin guide to lift and guide vertically the nozzle pin; a nozzle body(6) supporting the lower pin guide; and a nozzle tip(8) supporting the lower end of the nozzle pin and the nozzle body. Each component of the valve nozzle is separated or combined in odder. The nozzle pin is fixed in the center of the lift plate for a ring-shaped piston(13) crossing a space(26) formed in the center of the upper sprue. Both ends of the piston lift plate are settled symmetrically on the piston by a piston rod fixing bolt and combined with the upper end of a piston rod moving up and down in a piston rod lift passage. The piston is fastened by a support ring(16) and lifted up and down by pneumatic pressure in a piston lift passage formed between inner and outer cans of a cylinder(12). The nozzle pin is lifted up and down with interlocking the piston lift plate with the piston rod connected symmetrically to each other on the upper end of the piston.
