PURPOSE: A plastic molding hot runner open nozzle and a mold coupled to each other to form a space is provided to cut off the flow of resin in an open gate, a horizontal space unit, and a resin injection port by semi-hardening the resin by temperature difference and to obtain smooth products without projections on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A plastic molding hot runner open nozzle is composed of a heater(1); a nozzle body(2) having a runner(12); a nozzle tip(3) having the runner therein and an open gate(9) at a lower end(10); and a nozzle tip guide(4) coupled and supported to the nozzle tip. A mold(5) has a resin injection hole(7) facing the open gate. The lower end of the nozzle tip having the open gate is protruded roundly. The runner is opened without the nozzle pin. The nozzle tip and the nozzle tip guide are projected downward and coupled to form a vertical space unit(6) between lower ends of the nozzle tip and the nozzle tip guide. A nozzle combining unit(13) of the mold joined with the lower end of the nozzle tip guide has a vertical side wall(15) united perpendicularly with the outside of a lower end(14) of the nozzle tip guide. The bottom side of the nozzle combining unit has a round recessed groove(16) facing the roundly protruded lower end of the nozzle tip in the center and forms a horizontal space unit(6a) between the recessed groove of the nozzle combining unit and the lower end of the nozzle tip. The resin injection hole formed in the center of the nozzle combining unit of the mold facing the open gate of the lower end of the nozzle tip tapers off in a trapezoid form to get larger than the diameter of the open gate.
