CLAMP STRUCTURE OF AN AIR CLEANER FOR FACILITATING A FILTER REPLACING WORK OF THE AIR CLEANER BY ADOPTING ONE-TOUCH TYPE CLAMP USING A LATCH MECHANISM FOR COMBINING UPPER AND LOWER COVERS

PURPOSE: A clamp structure of an air cleaner is provided to combine the air cleaner by a one-touch type by hanging or releasing a rod to/from a latch mechanism in pressing a press plate. CONSTITUTION: A shape of an air cleaner is formed by combining upper and lower covers(21,22). Upper and lower brackets(23,24) having holes(30) are arranged at the combined portion of the upper and lower covers. A rod(3) is disposed at the lower side of a press plate(1) and inserted through the holes of the upper and lower brackets. A buffer spring(2) is installed between the press plate and the upper bracket. A housing(5) for receiving a latch mechanism is formed at the lower side of the lower bracket. A latch housing(6) of which the upside is wide and the lower side is narrow is formed in the housing. The latch mechanism is disposed in the latch housing and pressed by the rod to move up and down and to hold the end of the rod in moving down.
