PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a plastic card which, when carried, shows excellent favorable effects on human health without causing any environmental or toxic problems for a long period. CONSTITUTION: The plastic card is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: applying an adhesive onto a bottom side of an upper printing sheet(20), followed by drying, and then repeating this application step; applying the adhesive onto a bottom side of an inlay(30), followed by drying, and then repeating this application step; laminating an overlay(10), the upper printing sheet(20), the inlay(30), a lower printing sheet(40) and an overlay(50) in order from top, followed by heating and pressing to attach by heat, and then cutting the laminate along an outline of a card, wherein the adhesive is obtained by mixing 50-70 wt% of a silicone-denatured water-dispersible polyurethane resin adhesive with 30-50 wt% of amethyst powder.
