The present invention provides other Web service programs, objects, Transmission system and trunking method, by being relayed to the network management operation based on SNMP, support the communication between database and Integrated Network Management function, the network management operation is abstracted into Web service and XML-ba. SED network management operations, this is the product using computer program. In order to realize this point, relay system of the invention, the relay system of SNMP operations is abstracted by XML operation, it is connected to SOAP processor, the SOAP processor for handling input equipment, SOAP request message and SOAP response messages, for receiving SOAP request message from client CPU, which includes request/answer processor, and data for being sent by each mode computation according to SOAP request from network server export SOAP response messages. Soap message data type, operation are defined from wsdl document, SOAP processor and provide service to the memory for being connected to CPU, the memory stores the data in the data and network server handled by CPU, and it is connected to CPU controls, network server includes the network server connection for sending to CPU, thus snmp protocol is as the web services based on XML, and support to share in distributed environment, data can be exchanged using XML document.
