PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus which eliminates working load by removing coal tar, naphthalene and dust adhered to ceramic rings in demister while collecting benzol during normal operation of a benzol collecting tower, thereby shortening removal time and contributes to increase of a recovery amount of benzol by collecting benzol even during removal time of coal tar, naphthalene and dust. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for settling pressure disparity between a demister(210) and a benzol collecting tower(200) for removing benzol contained in coke oven gas, the apparatus comprises a gas-liquid separation plate(220) installed under the demister in a benzol collecting tower(200); an absorption oil discharge pipe(13) which is penetratingly installed at one side of the benzol collecting tower, on which an absorption oil discharge valve(12) is installed, and which is connected to a benzol-containing oil tank(300); a second direct supply pipe(22) which directly supplies an absorption oil to an upper part of the benzol collecting tower, on which a first absorption oil flow control valve(20) signally connected to the absorption oil discharge valve is installed, which is connected to the first recycled absorption oil direct supply pipe, and on which a thermometer(30a) and a flow meter(20a) are installed, wherein the absorption oil is obtained by heat exchanging the recycled absorption oil through benzol-containing oil heat exchangers(400-404) after receiving recycled absorption oil from a recycled absorption oil supply pipe(601b) for recycling and supplying the benzol-coning oil discharged from the benzol collecting tower; a first recycled absorption oil direct supply pipe(31) connected to the recycled absorption oil supply pipe and extended upward such that an absorption oil temperature control valve(30) signally connected to the thermometer is installed on the first recycled absorption oil direct supply pipe; and a differential pressure gauge(15) for controlling the first absorption oil flow control valve by sensing a pressure difference between manometers(11,10) installed on upper and lower parts of the benzol collecting tower.
