INTERNAL TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE DETECTING DEVICE OF A VULCANIZER FOR CHECKING THE TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE IN A BLADDER AT REAL TIME BY USING TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE MONITORS

PURPOSE: An internal temperature/pressure detecting device of a vulcanizer is provided to detect early vulcanization defects by monitoring the temperature and pressure state of a bladder at real time in vulcanizing a green tire, to prevent a quality defect, and to improve the quality of completed tires by an optimal vulcanization condition. CONSTITUTION: In an internal temperature/pressure detecting device for measuring internal temperature and pressure in a bladder of a vulcanizer with a center mechanism(2), a helical coil spring(5) embedding a sheath sensor(4) is installed at the periphery of a center post(3) of the center mechanism. Upper and lower temperature sensors(6a,6b) are inserted and mounted at upper and lower sides of the coil spring. A pressure sensor(7) is fitted and disposed in the middle portion of the coil spring. The temperature sensors and the pressure sensor are connected to the sheath sensor. The sheath sensor of the coil spring is coupled to an explosion-proof connector(9) installed at a head(8) of the center post. The explosion-proof connector is drawn out through a drain discharge pipe(10) by a copper pipe(11) for the pressure sensor and a temperature sensing wire(12) and connected to outer temperature and pressure monitors, respectively.
