PURPOSE: A crystallization method of phosphopatetheine adenylyltransferase(coaD) from Helicobacter pylori is provided, thereby effectively obtaining phosphopatetheine adenylyltransferase(coaD) having an easy X-ray analysis and improved crystallinity, so that the phosphopatetheine adenylyltransferase(coaD) can be useful for development of novel antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The crystallization method of phosphopatetheine adenylyltransferase(coaD) from Helicobacter pylori comprises carrying out a hanging-drop vapor diffusion method of phosphopatetheine adenylyltransferase(coaD) in which 8 amino acid residues are added in the amino terminal using a reservoir solution containing sodium chloride as a precipitating agent at 23 deg. C, wherein the reservoir solution comprises 2.0 M sodium chloride, 0.2 M lithium sulfate, and 0.10M Tris buffer solution(pH 7.0).
