ELECTROMAGNETIC FILTER FOR PURIFYING AND RECYCLING ROLLING OIL TO REMOVE IRON PARTICLES BY COMPRISING MAGNETIC AND NON-MAGNETIC MESHES

PURPOSE: An electromagnetic filter for purifying and recycling rolling oil is provided to smoothly purify rolling oil and remove iron particles by comprising magnetic and non-magnetic meshes properly. CONSTITUTION: The electromagnetic filter for purifying and recycling rolling oil includes a hollow body case(10) comprising a lower chamber(30b) and a upper chamber(30a), left and right yokes(21,22), and a filtering portion installed in the inner space of the body case(10). The ends of the left and right yokes respectively contacts the left and right sides of the hollow body case. A certain amount of coils are wound around the left and the right yokes to pass magnetic flux, when power is supplied. The filtering portion comprises a hexahedral filter case having a stainless mesh installed on the inside wall. Thick carbon steel mesh net and thin permalloy mesh net are laminated repeatedly in the stainless mesh. The filtering portion is magnetized by the magnetic flux passing between the pole pieces of the left and right yokes, and filters iron particles included in the rolling oil, which flows from the lower chamber to the upper chamber.
