PURPOSE: A fitting clamp for inspecting a heat exchanger and an inspection method by using the same are provided to inspect a leakage of the heat exchanger by attaching the fitting clamp to a flange of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A fitting clamp(100) for inspecting a heat exchanger(200) includes a body(10), a sealing block(20) and a coupling unit(30). The fitting clamp(100) is coupled to a flange(230) of the heat exchanger(200). The body(10) has a gripping section(11), which is vertically installed, and a resting section(12) to which the flange(230) of the heat exchanger(200) is coupled. The gripping section(11) has a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width in such a manner that it is gripped by a robot arm. The sealing block(20) has a rectangular structure.
