PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing parts consisted of two types of Ni-based superalloys, the method for greatly improving mechanical properties of matrix as well as junction of integral parts formed of two types of metals by performing a single heat treatment process and solving problems of heat treatment facility and cost by simplifying the heat treatment process. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing diffusion bonded parts consisted of two types of alloys by diffusion bonding two types of Ni-based superalloys, the method for manufacturing the parts consisted of two types of Ni-based superalloys comprises the steps of heating the diffusion bonded two types of alloys to a temperature of 850 to 1150 deg.C; air cooling the heated two types of alloys; heating again the air cooled two types of alloys to a temperature of 700 to 800 deg.C; and air cooling the heated two types of alloys, wherein the two types of alloys are Udimet 720 superalloy and Mar-M247 superalloy respectively, wherein the method comprises the steps of aging treating the two types of alloys in a temperature range of 850 to 900 deg.C for 15 to 20 hours; air cooling the aging treated two types of alloys; aging treating again the air cooled two types of alloys in a temperature range of 740 to 780 deg.C for 15 to 20 hours; and air cooling the aging treated two types of alloys, and wherein the method comprises the steps of solution treating the two types of alloys in a temperature range of 1100 to 1150 deg.C for 3 to 5 hours; air cooling the solution treated two types of alloys; aging treating again the air cooled two types of alloys in a temperature range of 700 to 800 deg.C for 20 to 25 hours; and air cooling the aging treated two types of alloys.
