PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of foam concrete having high insulation, low thermal transmittance, and reduction of production cost and construction time by consisting of components in an optimum ratio. CONSTITUTION: The foam concrete is produced by mixing components(cement, water, lightweight aggregates and foams) in a different ratio, based on the kind of aggregates used. In case of use of polyshell as aggregates, the foam concrete(1m3) is produced by the following steps of: preparing a cement slurry by mixing 260kg of cement and 156kg of water; adding foams to the slurry to be 75% of foam contents, wherein the foams are formed by mixing animal-based foaming agent(1.2L) and water in a ratio of 1:25 and passing the foam solution through foam generator; adding 16kg of polyshell to the foamed slurry and mixing; hardening. In case of use of bond-pol as aggregates, the foam concrete is produced by the following steps of: preparing a cement slurry by mixing 260kg of cement and 169kg of water; adding foams to the slurry to be 55% of foam contents, wherein the foams are formed by mixing animal-based foaming agent(0.9L) and water in a ratio of 1:25 and passing the foam solution through foam generator; adding 600L of bond-pol to the foamed slurry and mixing; hardening.
