PURPOSE: A device and a method for offering multimedia data following an MPV(MusicPhotoVideo) format, and a recording medium recording the same are provided to enable a user to efficiently manage/process diverse multimedia data by diversely implementing a form offered to the user. CONSTITUTION: A display part(110) selectively offers the first display mode for displaying single multimedia data selected from the multimedia data following the MPV format classified by the user and the second mode for sequentially displaying the classified multiple multimedia data. A user input part(130) selects the display mode. A controller(120) transfers the display mode corresponding to control information inputted from the user input part to the display part.
