摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a method for determining and removing abnormality of hot blast flow detector generated by condensate water or dust to stably control flow rate of hot blast. CONSTITUTION: The method for determining and controlling abnormality of hot blast flow detector comprises a step of generating a first alarm signal if the deviation is deviated from a set allowable deviation range by comparing a first flow rate value corresponding to a driving electric current of a hot blast suction fan with hot blast detection values of the hot blast flow detector; a step of generating a second alarm signal if the deviation is deviated from a set allowable deviation range by comparing a second flow rate value corresponding to an opening value of a damper with hot blast detection values of the hot blast flow detector; a step of stopping detection operation of the hot blast flow detector and controlling opening values of valves installed at the hot blast flow detector to discharge condensate water if the first alarm signal and the second alarm signal are generated; and a step of operating the hot blast flow detector by injecting a nitrogen gas into the hot blast flow detector.
