PURPOSE: A method for dynamically configuring a menu in accordance with the frequency of use is provided to change a menu order and a position according to the frequency of use in a wireless communication terminal, a PDA, or an information terminal apparatus, and to dynamically configure a menu, thereby optimizing a user interface. CONSTITUTION: An operation/control device stores menu select information(frequency of use of each menu)(201). The operation/control device changes a menu order or a position according to the frequency of use by using the stored menu select information, and dynamically configures a menu(202,203). The operation/control device outputs the dynamically configured menu according to a menu select signal(204). When dynamically configuring the menu, the operation/control device selects menus used at more than the preset frequency as changing candidate menus.
