FLOW REGULATING VALVE AND DEVICE FOR PRECISELY REGULATING FLOW BY USING FLOW REGULATING VALVE WITH SIMPLE DRIVING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A flow regulating valve and a flow regulating device thereby are provided to control cooling effect easily by regulating flow of fluid such as refrigerant for an indoor unit or an outdoor unit, and to cut down the cost by reducing the number of parts and the size of the valve. CONSTITUTION: A flow regulating valve is composed of a substrate(1) having plural orifices(31,32,33,34) for flowing fluid, a supporting part(40) formed in the upper part of the substrate and spaced from the orifices of the substrate, plural flaps(11,12,13,14) extended from the supporting part to open and close the orifices by a driving unit, and elastic structures(21,22,23,24) applying restoring force in proportion to displacement of each flap between the flaps and the supporting part. The elastic structure is formed of a cantilever or a torsion beam. The orifices are opened completely by operating the flaps.
