PURPOSE: A dust collecting unit of a cyclone vacuum cleaner is provided to prevent putrefaction of pollutant and discomfort by removing pollutant from the dust collecting unit completely, and to drive the dust collecting unit conveniently by rotating the brush with the simple support structure. CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting unit of a cyclone vacuum cleaner for separating pollutant is composed of a pollutant separation chamber(70) formed in the dust collecting unit to separate pollutant by rotating air fast, a dust collecting chamber(50) storing pollutant filtrated by the pollutant separation chamber, a separation plate(73) separating the pollutant separation chamber from the dust collecting chamber, a rotating brush(42) formed in the upper part of the separation plate and rotated, and a brush supporting unit(41) supporting the rotating brush.
