摘要

Purpose: it is used for a reflecting mirror of LCD (liquid crystal display), it is projected using the PRT (personal rapid transit) and DLP (digital lighting processing) of a metal panel, a kind of method being used to form a general metal panel mirror is arranged to the quality of one mirror of raising by being formed using a thin mirror metal of metal, such as aluminium, titanium and stainless steel. Construction: a mirror is formed through the sputter process using a thin metal without fluctuation on its surface. Titanium is preferred as a kind of material of thin metal. Thin metal is used to form glass, and there is surface roughness (Ra) to be less than 0.05 micron. It is minimized by thermally expanding caused beam distortion in thin metal. Thin metal further has reflection coefficient corresponding with a mirror level.
