PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus that corrects difference of irregular diameters of wire rod from a front portion of wire rod by operating a separate driving means, thereby rotating a rotary member at which correction rolls for correcting difference of irregular diameters of wire rod are installed and smoothly corrects difference of irregular diameters of wire rod with small diameter by extruding the wire rod. CONSTITUTION: The irregular diameter difference correcting apparatus for wire rod rolling comprises a rotary member(20) installed inside a housing(10) such that the rotary member is rotatable by means of bearings(11); a plural correction rolls(40) slantly installed at a central portion of the rotary member; a piston rod(21) for selectively moving the correction rolls; ports(21) connected to a hydraulic/pneumatic unit(30) to move the piston rod, wherein the apparatus further comprises a driven pulley(50) solidly fixed to the outer circumferential surface of one end of the rotary member by a fixing key(51); a driving pulley(60) connected to the driven pulley by means of a belt(70); and a driving means(80) connected to the driving pulley to transmit rotary power to the driving pulley.
