PURPOSE: Provided is a safety cap wherein the inner surface of the shell of the cap is provided with a coating layer with the coating material comprising tourmaline and mineral containing rare earth elements to improve the blood circulation of the head of its wearer by generating anions permanently and thus to reduce fatigue. CONSTITUTION: In a safety cap comprising a shaped shell(1) made of reinforcing glass fiber or synthetic resin material and a fixing band(2), the inner surface of the shell is provided with a coating layer(3) with the coating material comprising tourmaline and mineral containing rare earth elements. Schorl, Dravite, Elbaite, Liddicoatite, Uvite, Chromdravite, Buergerite and the like are used as tourmaline. The mineral containing rare earth elements are Monazite Fluocerite(tysonite), yttrocerite, Gagarinite, Tveitite, Ancylite, Bubankite, Calkinsite, Carbocernaite, Donnayite, Ewaldite, Lanthanite, Mckelveyite, Sahamalite, tengerite, (Bastnasite), Parisite, Corisite, Cardylite, Huanghoite, Parisite, Synchysite, Zhonghuacerite, Aeschynite-priorite series, Betafite, Brannerite, Cerianite, Cerotungsitite, Davidite, Allanite, Apatite, Zircon.
