PURPOSE: An optical zoom structure of a camera installed at a mobile communication terminal is provided to provide an optical zoom function for realizing remote photographing and close-up photographing functions and to prevent damage and reduction in resolution of pixels generated when only digital zoom is used. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal has a lens(20) and a camera module(10). A zoom lens part(40) moves separately from or closely to the lens(20) for providing optical zoom. A lever(30) is combined with the zoom lens part(40) through a screw for moving the zoom lens part(40) by right and left rotation. The zoom lens part(40) includes a zoom lens housing(42) moving back and forth by rotation of the lever(30), and a zoom lens(44) mounted in the center of the zoom lens housing(42) for providing optical zoom according to a distance with the lens(20).
