ELIMINATOR FOR LUSTROUS LAYER IN RUBBER PLATE TO IMPROVE ADHESION POWER OF RUBBER PLATE

PURPOSE: Provided is an eliminator for a lustrous layer in a rubber plate which helps to eliminate the lustrous layer of the rubber plate in a standard way just by inserting the rubber plate into the eliminator for the lustrous layer. CONSTITUTION: The eliminator for the lustrous layer in the rubber plate comprise the parts of: an induction part containing a pair of induction rotators(11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) which are crossed at right angle with the rubber plate; a luster elimination part containing at least one cutting rotator(31, 32) which is placed at the rear side of the induction part to eliminate the lustrous layer of the rubber plate; a main body which is composed of the induction part and the luster elimination part; and rotators which are placed at the main body to deliver rotational power to each rotator.
