METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING SIGNALS BETWEEN ELECTRIC PLANT AND DCS ON DESALINATION PLANT USING I/O SIGNAL LIST

A kind of purpose: method between an electric plant and a DCS (distribution control system) on the desalting plant using input/output (input/output) signal table, an optimal control system is arranged to carry out by processing input/output signal as a standard electric/measuring signal for being used for desalting plant for transfer signal, is standardized between the plan and DCS of electricity as catalogue. Construction: quasi- in calibration, after the category signal between plant, signal is classified into Multiple signal classification system (S2). Basic standard input/output signal table for the unalterable rules of each signal base on Modulation recognition system (S3) by being generated. Stability and economic effectiveness criteria I/O signals table suitable for plant are determined by the feasibility of inspection basic standard input/output signal table and the adaptability of rule application (S6). If the input/output signal between each plant and DCS is generated, input/output signal is processed as standard electric/measuring signal for desalting plant by using standard I/O signals table (S8).
