PURPOSE: A method for measuring an air elimination rate and a pressure drop of an air separator on a nuclear power plant is provided to maintain the air separator by independently/reliably measuring the air elimination rate and the pressure drop of the air separator, as suitability of the air elimination rate and the pressure drop are judged by analyzing basic data related to the air separator. CONSTITUTION: A distance between nozzles is confirmed according to the input basic data by loading a preset air elimination rate/pressure drop table(S12). It is judged that fluid flown in from a tangential direction is able to secure a shear control time(S13). In case that the shear control time is secured, a result is output by confirming the distance between a manhole and a shell, and judging the suitability of the air elimination rate and the pressure drop, if a flow difference is over a predetermined value(S16).
