PURPOSE: A method of preparing boiled rice for laver rolls(kim pab) by boiling rice, anchovy soup, bean powder, spinach juice and onion juice is provided. The product is rich in nutrients without destruction of nutrient components and has characteristic taste and flavor of raw material. CONSTITUTION: The boiled rice for laver rolls is prepared by the following steps of: mixing 450 to 510 parts by weight of anchovy soup, 20 to 60 parts by weight of bean powder, 150 to 210 parts by weight of spinach juice and 150 to 210 parts by weight of onion juice; and boiling with 830 to 890 parts by weight of rice. For an example, 100 parts by weight of an anchovy is heated with 1,000 parts by weight of water, added with 40 parts by weight of bean powder, 180 parts by weight of spinach juice and 180 parts by weight of onion juice, 18 parts by weight of salt, 13 parts by weight of sugar and 6.5 parts by weight of vinegar and boiled with 860 parts by weight of rice.
