PURPOSE: A liquid cover slip for protecting the tissue section and for improving the optical resolution, a composition for producing the same, the slide structure provided with a cover slip manufactured by the same and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow the accurate selection to be performed at the fine detection and the fine region by improving the optical resolution. CONSTITUTION: The slide structure is provided with a liquid cover slip(86) for protecting the tissue section(84) on the slide from macromolecular degradation and for improving the optical solution. The tissue section is received at the central portion of the top surface of the supporting layer. The slide structure is formed in such a way that it completely encompasses the external exposed surface of the tissue section. The slide structure is characterized in that the liquid cover is manufactured by using a material including the polyvinyl pyrrolidone composite with a 10,000-360,000 molecular weight as a main component.
