PURPOSE: A method of making ginseng laver by applying ginseng particles with a predetermined size and ginseng extract to laver during the forming process for manufacture of dried laver or the seasoning process for manufacture of seasoned laver is provided. It permits the consumer to simultaneously take ginseng while eating laver. CONSTITUTION: During the forming process for manufacture of dried laver comprising spore growing, laver net installation, spore inputting, green alga Prasiola sp. collecting, sea water washing, foreign material removing, mixing, aging and forming processes, ginseng particles with a predetermined size and ginseng extract are added to laver to expose ginseng particles on the surface of ginseng. The ginseng particles with a predetermined size and ginseng extract can be also added to laver during the seasoning process for preparing seasoned laver comprising first roasting, seasoning and second roasting process.
