COMPOSITION FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPRISING PULP SLUDGE INCINERATION ASH, WASTE GYPSUM, MIXING WATER AND POLYMER EMULSION, AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

PURPOSE: Provided are a composition for construction which contains the pulp sludge incineration ash and the waste gypsum, can be rapidly cured at a room temperature, and is economical and environmental-friendly, and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 50-65 wt% of the pulp sludge incineration ash; 10-25 wt% of the waste gypsum generated after the treatment of the acidic waste water and brine; 25-45 wt% of mixing water; and a polymer emulsion. Preferably the polymer emulsion is diluted with 0.5-25 wt% of the mixing water, and the composition comprises further 0.5-60 wt% of aggregate, lightweight aggregate and bubble based on the composition and 1-15 wt% of a curing controller based on the mixing water. Preferably the aggregate is sand, gravel, sand blast sand, slag or waste concrete; and the lightweight aggregate is ferrite, vermiculite, talc, calcium carbonate, styrofoam pulverized particle, urethane foam pulverized particle or wood powder.
