PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing micro-clustered water, which is able to produce long-time storable, stable, better-tasted and micro-clustered water using tap water or underground water. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) applying a static voltage to tap water or underground water using an electron charger of an electron treatment tank including an electrode net made of stainless steel, the electrode net being packed with charcoal or activated carbon and magnetite with putting the tap water or the underground water into the electron treatment tank and then transferring the water to a first treated water storage tank; (b) transferring the first treated water through a first treated water transfer pump to a packed column where filler materials such as far-infrared rays radiating minerals, ceramics or minus ion-radiating minerals, magnetized magnetite or magnetic ceramics, or humic substance pellet including mineral components such as iron, calcium, magnesium are packed to treat the first treated water; and (c) passing the water treated by the filler materials through a magnetic field of a solenoid magnetizer and an electromagnet or a permanent magnet magnetizer to prepare stable and micro-clustered water.
