DIAGNOSIS/ESTIMATION METHOD ACCORDING TO RISK LEVEL OF EACH COMPONENT FORMING MAJOR INDUSTRIAL PLANT AND RECORDING MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A diagnosis/estimation method according to a risk level of each component forming a major industrial plant and a recording medium storing a program are provided to calculate the risk level for each component forming the major industrial plant and fix a check cycle discriminated by the risk level. CONSTITUTION: Basic factors such as a breakage degree, a breakage history, and a specification of each device forming the major industrial plant are databased(S100). The check cycle of each device is determined by considering a breakage frequency and a breakage loss degree of each device based on the basic database, and a damaged area/loss is calculated by considering a scenario that a specified material is leaked out from the device(S200). A performing result is made to a report(S300). Contents of the report are directly inspected at field(S400). The check cycle of each device is determined according to an inspection result, and installation of a safety facility for the device or a process unit of a relatively high risk is determined(S500).
