MAGNETRON WITH IMPROVED NOISE FILTER INCLUDING CONDENSER FOR ABSORBING AND/OR SHIELDING NOISES LEAKED BY MAGNETIC SATURATION OF CHOKE COIL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A magnetron and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow a condenser to absorb and/or shield noises leaked by the magnetic saturation of a choke coil. CONSTITUTION: A noise filter comprises a condenser(300) and a choke coil(210). The condenser includes a case(310), a cap(320), a ground bracket(330), an electrode(340), a terminal(350), a connector(390), and an insulation tube(360). The case has a cap insertion portion with a coupling groove, a bracket insertion portion. The case further has a protrusion insertion portion, an electrode insertion portion, and a dielectric space. The cap has an insertion protrusion formed at a center thereof, and a coupling protrusion formed along a circumference of a top thereof. The ground bracket has a coupling portion for insertion of the bracket insertion portion of the case, a connector insertion port formed at a center of the ground bracket, and case insertion ports formed at both sides of the connector insertion hole. The electrode is accommodated into the electrode insertion portion of the case, and the terminal has an end connected to the electrode. The connector is coupled to the connector coupling groove of the cap, after passing through the connector insertion port of the ground bracket, such that the ground bracket, the case, and the cap are integrally assembled.
