PURPOSE: A cargo transfer device of a trunk of a vehicle is provided to prevent injury of a worker by storing heavy luggage easily in the trunk with the carrier member and to restrict noise from friction between the carrier member and the floor panel by controlling the carrier member with a locking unit. CONSTITUTION: A cargo transfer device of a trunk of a vehicle is composed of a carrier member(10) having a grip part(11) for transferring cargo in the trunk, transfer rail parts(20) arranged and installed at both sides of the lower part of the carrier member, fixing rail parts(30) installed at both sides of a floor panel corresponding to the transfer rail parts, and a locking unit(40) mounted in the floor panel to regulate movement of the carrier member. The locking unit is composed of a fixing bracket installed to the floor panel, and an assembling member having a link unit combined with the fixing bracket by a hinge.
