AUTOMATIC NEEDLE SUPPLY DEVICE FOR IMPROVING WORK AND PRODUCTION EFFICIENCIES FOR FEEDING NEEDLES OR PIPES AND REMOVING DEFECTIVE RATIO OF PRODUCTS

PURPOSE: An automatic needle supply device is provided to increase work and production efficiency and to cut down the manufacturing cost by automatizing a step for packing needles or pipes. CONSTITUTION: An automatic needle supply device is composed of a support unit for adjusting and fixing the position of a packing machine and a needle supply unit; a supply unit for feeding needles by generating vibration by a linear motion of a cylinder; and a transfer unit for carrying a plurality of needles arranged on the supply unit into a lower plate(300) by horizontal and linear motions of the cylinder. The needle supply unit is fixed at both sides of a support holding bar(403) fastened on a support plate(400) by a clamp(402). A nut(405) prevents the clamp from being unfastened. The constant amount of needles is supplied to the packing machine in a progressive direction of the packing machine.
