PURPOSE: Provided are shoes which display exercise volume by several luminescent diodes fixed on the exterior of the shoes, making a used notice his exercise volume and control exercise amount by setting a target volume. CONSTITUTION: The shoes comprise: several luminescent diodes(15) on exterior fabric of the shoes; a contact switch(20) contacting user's foot bottom detecting the contact; a processor(25) which outputs a signal to light the diodes one by one step when a set number and the input number of contacting switch matches and a lamp operating part(30) which lights diodes respectively according to the signals from the processor(25).
