ONE-PART ADHESIVE FOR VINYL CHLORIDE FILM-COATED STEEL SHEET WHICH HAS EXCELLENT SHELF STABILITY AND IS FREE FROM GELLING

PURPOSE: Provided is a one-part adhesive for vinyl chloride film-coated steel sheet, which can be used conveniently, is free from gelling, and has excellent shelf stability, adhesion, impact resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, processability, productivity and durability. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive for vinyl chloride film-coated steel sheet comprises, as resin component, 100 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate resin, 10-30 parts by weight of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 20-60 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride/polyvinyl acetate copolymer resin, 20-50 parts by weight of saturated aliphatic polyester and 20-50 parts by weight of epoxy resin. The adhesive further comprises 5-10 parts by weight of dicyandiamide as latent curing agent based on 100 parts by weight of polymethyl methacrylate resin. In the adhesive, the resin component and the latent curing agent are dissolved in a mixed organic solvent system.
