APPARATUS AND METHOD, CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION STABLY, FOR PREVENTING WEAR OF PRESSURE DISCHARGE CONTROL VALVE IN PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION FACILITY BY CONTROLLING PRESSURE OF FEED HOPPER IN TWO STEP PRESSURIZING METHOD
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus and method for preventing wear of pressure discharge control valve by performing a two step pressurizing process of performing pressurizing after first pressurizing, determining second pressurizing time based on the proceeding state of feed hopper and performing second pressurizing, thereby removing unnecessary injection waiting time and directly proceeding to an injection process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling pressure of feed hopper to prevent wear of pressure discharge control valve in pulverized coal injection facility comprises a hopper signal measurement processing part(300) for processing weight information and pressure information of the feed hopper(40) and pressure information of blast furnace tuyere(60); a sequence processing part(210) for determining whether charging, injecting, pressure discharging and pressurizing conditions are satisfactory or not according to contact point signals received from the hopper signal measurement processing part, and processing the determination; a two step pressurizing condition processing part(400) consisting of a logic for determining pressurizing conditions according to the mode state of the feed hopper and the pressure state of the feed hopper from the hopper signal measurement processing part; a second pressurizing condition processing part(420) consisting of a logic for determining first pressurizing conditions according to determination conditions of the two step pressurizing condition processing part and second pressurizing conditions according to the proceeding state of pressurizing of flowing nitrogen; a first pressurizing proportionator(411) and a second pressurizing proportionator(421) for pressurizing nitrogen according to the conditions determined in the two step pressurizing condition processing part and the second pressurizing condition processing part; a second step pressurizing condition signal selector(430) for selecting first and second pressurizing programs according to second step pressurizing control signals of the first pressurizing proportionator and the second pressurizing proportionator, and a hopper operation mode selector(200) for selecting a control program according to a contact point signal outputted from the second step pressurizing condition signal selector; and a hopper pressure control system set signal selector(101) for controlling a hopper pressure control system(100) according to a signal of the hopper operation mode selector.
