PURPOSE: A swing-type open/close apparatus of a mobile phone is provided to open or close a mobile terminal with one hand by making the cover of a mobile terminal opened and closed with a swing operation for a main body and making the cover operated automatically with elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A swing-type open/close system in a mobile phone is composed of the first rotation support member, the second rotation support member, a clutch member, and an elastic member. The first rotation support member is connected on the upper side of a main body. The second rotation support member, connected on the lower surface of a cover, is rotatively combined with the first rotation support member so that the cover can make swing motion for the main body. The clutch member, installed at the connected portion between the first rotation support member and the second rotation support member, generates braking force when the cover is in an opened or closed state for the main body. The elastic member gives elasticity in a direction that the cover is opened or closed from the main body. The first rotation support member is the first cylinder(110). The first cylinder(110) is fixed to the main body, and the first hollow(112) is formed at the center of the first cylinder(110). The first brackets(116) are formed at both sides of the first cylinder(110).
