摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a method for measuring sintering temperature on wind boxes changed according to grain size of coke injected as a sintering fuel and controlling injection quantity of coke and thickness of hearth layer to manufacture sintered ore with superior quality and improve sintering productivity. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing sintered ore using sintering temperature on wind boxes comprises a step of preparing a blended raw material by mixing sintering raw material with fuel after discharging sintering raw material and fuel from a raw material storage bin(10) and a fuel storage bin(20) according to a certain ratio; a step of piling up hearth layer on a sinter machine(120) to a certain thickness by discharging hearth layer from a hearth layer hopper(100); a step of piling up the blended raw material on the hearth layer piled up on the sinter machine; a step of measuring sintering temperature at a point corresponding to 60% of effective grate distance on wind boxes(121) installed under the sinter machine during the sintering process; a step of judging whether grain size of fuel injected is within a standard value range or not based on the measured sintering temperature; and a step of controlling ratio of the fuel discharged and thickness of the hearth layer piled up according to the judgement.
