COMPACT TYPE WEIGHT TRAINING MACHINE WITH MINIMUM SPACE REQUIREMENT AND WEIGHT CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a compact type weight training machine with a minimum space requirement and a weight controlling method thereof, to provide a convenient and safe environment for exercise. CONSTITUTION: The compact type weight training machine(100) includes a main body(110) mounted with a pair of guides(116) for moving weights(113) in the vertical direction; and a weight adjuster(200) hinged to the main body(110). The main body(110) comes in diverse frames depending on type of weight training machines, and at least one pulley is mounted on the lower side of the upper frame to guide wires connected between the weights(113) and the weight adjuster(200). By operating the weights(113) and the wires at the same time, leverage effect is maximized and a minimum space is required to set up the machine(100).
