PREPARATION OF HEALTH BEVERAGE BY MIXING KALOPANAX PICTUS BARK EXTRACT AND HERBAL EXTRACT

PURPOSE: A method of preparing a health beverage by mixing the bark extract of Kalopanax pictus(Thunb.) Nakai and an herbal extract containing Eucommiae Cortex, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Fructus Jujubae, Glycyrrhizae Radix and the like is provided. The product is effective in recovering from fatigue, reducing hangover and removing various toxicities accumulated in human body caused by pollution and stress. CONSTITUTION: The bark of Kalopanax pictus is dried for 30 days by natural processes, sterilized in an ozone sterilizing device for 15min and heated with 200L purified water at 30 to 100deg.C for 6hr. Then, 300g Eucommiae Cortex, 300g Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, 300g Fructus Jujubae, 300g Glycyrrhizae Radix, 100g Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, 100g Corni Fructus, 100g Crataegi Fructus, 200g Astragali Radix, 200g Hoelen, 300g Fructus Chaenomelis, 200g Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 600g Puerariae Radix and 200g Amomi Semen are sterilized in an ozone sterilizing device for 15min and extracted with 200L purified water at 30 to 100deg.C for 4hr. The Kalopanax pictus is mixed with the herbal extract and heated at 30 to 100deg.C for 2hr.
