PURPOSE: A pipe cleaning device is provided to improve cleaning efficiency of the pipe by actively mixing chemicals and the aqueous solution of washing fluid with an agitator, and to reuse the washing fluid by filtering foreign matters from the washing fluid flowing into the washing fluid storage tank with a strainer. CONSTITUTION: A pipe cleaning device(10) is composed of a body(11) having a part chamber and a washing fluid storage tank storing washing fluid near the part chamber, a washing fluid transfer pump(15) contained in the part chamber to supply washing fluid from the washing fluid storage tank to the pipe to be cleaned, a washing fluid flow pipe(19) connecting the washing fluid transfer pump to the pipe to be cleaned, a compressor(31) contained in the part chamber to compress air, and a bubble generating unit formed between the compressor and the washing fluid flow pipe to generate bubbles by compressed air from the compressor and to supply bubbles to the washing fluid flow pipe.
