SALES METHOD UTILIZING ONLINE MANPOWER DISPATCH SYSTEM BASED ON ARS, SMS, AND CRM

PURPOSE: A sales method utilizing an online manpower dispatch system based on the ARS(Auto Response System), the SMS(Short Message Service), and the CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is provided to enable a customer to select a desired helper/time/space, and enable a provider and the helper to utilize idle time by dispatching the helper in real-time. CONSTITUTION: In case that the customer seeks the helper by using a web site, the customer searches/selects the helper. The customer searches/selects work time of the helper. The customer performs reservation/settlement for the helper. In the case of the ARS, the customer searches/selects a dispatch area after connecting to the ARS. The customer performs adult certification and settlement by using the ARS. After the settlement, settlement information is transmitted to the customer through the SMS.
