PURPOSE: Provided are a hologram printing adhesive composition which maintains the optimal printed state during a long period without deterioration of hologram quality by external factors, expresses delicate design and intrinsic color regardless of fabric color, a hologram printing method using the same, and a fabric printed therewith. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive composition for printing a hologram on a fabric, is prepared by mixing 30 wt% of rubber, 30 wt% of polysol, 2 wt% of polycord and 3 wt% of glycerin for 15-30 minutes, admixing 2 wt% of an antifoaming agent, 1 wt% of urea and 30 wt% of a binder to the mixture for 5-15 minutes, and mixing 2 wt% of polysaiole with the mixture, followed by aging for 12-24 hours. The hologram printing method comprises the steps of: closely contacting a designed screen on a fabric; printing with the above adhesive composition; attaching a hologram foil at 2-4 hours after printing; applying pressure thereto for 5-10 minutes with heating at a temperature of 130-150deg.C for 5 to 10 minutes; and releasing the hologram foil.
