Purpose: there is the downloading mode between the processor using a difference CPU module of a firmware mapping file to be provided to elasticity to a kind of system and promoting two processor the development of new system by manufacturing a firmware mapping file downloading, there are different CPU modules. Construction: a server merges each image file and has an operation to each CPU module into an image file (S101) and download the file of merging to meet plate, after insertion head information enters the file (S105) of merging. FTP client FTP checks a kind of CPU module type of the plate (S110) of current operation and is separated only by image file, the CPU module of the corresponding plate suitable for the image file from downloading, by referring to head information (S112). In load after the independent image file in a region ROM, FTP client FTP completes firmware upgrade by restarting corresponding plate (S115).
