PURPOSE: Provided is a skiing ground including a ski slope having a larger descent slope and many kinds of slopes with different gradients, a speed-absorber apparatus, and a vertical lift. CONSTITUTION: The year-round skiing ground includes an incline plane having a certain gradient and a certain width from an upper side of a main tower(A) to a side ground of a main tower(B), an incline plane intersecting at the middle portion between the main towers, a vertical lift, and a water supply device supplying a stored water to the slope through a pipeline. Two main towers having a high height are spaced apart from at a desired distance. Each bottom of the incline plane is provided with a descent mat made of sliding material providing an effect such as snow.
