BALANCER INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE TO BE MIXED STEEL POWDERS IN A PLASTIC MATERIAL FOR OBTAINING AN INJECTION MOLDED PART OF A HIGH QUALITY

PURPOSE: A balancer injection molding device is provided to minimize the load to an extrusion screw by reducing a supply amount of steel powders into an extrusion cylinder under 50% and to quickly mix and melt the steel powder material with a plastic material by installing a plastic material hopper in the end of the extrusion cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(1-4) is formed in front of an injection plunger body(1). A lower part of a conveyor pipe(4) having a check valve(1-4a) is connected with the inlet. A heater(5-2) is installed in a main wall of an extrusion cylinder(5). An extruding portion of the extrusion cylinder is connected with the upper part of the conveyor pipe. A control port of supplied amount(7-1) is installed in a hot dry hopper(7). The hot dry hopper is installed in the back of the extrusion cylinder to reduce the amount of steel powders inside the extrusion cylinder under 50%. A control port of supplied amount(8-1) is installed in a plastic material hopper(8). The plastic material hopper is installed in front of the extrusion cylinder. Thereby, the load to an extrusion screw is minimized and the mixing and the melting of the steel powder and the plastic material are performed quickly.
