CYLINDER HEAD GASKET FOR REMOVING OIL IN BLOW-BY GAS BY INTEGRATING AN OIL SEPARATING UNIT TO A GEAR TRAIN UNIT OF THE HEAD GASKET

PURPOSE: A cylinder head gasket for removing oil in blow-by gas is provided to eliminate an expensive existing oil separator occupying an installation space outside an engine by removing the oil in the engine with an oil separating unit and to increase oil removal efficiency by preventing oil mist from flowing up to a locker cover. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder head gasket(100) for removing oil in blow-by gas has a hole(102) formed integrally in a passage(202) of a gear train unit to pass blow-by gas along the passage of the gear train unit of a cylinder head(200) and a cylinder block. An oil separating unit(110) is inserted in the passage of the gear train unit of the cylinder head to separate the oil from the blow-by gas flowing along the passage of the gear train unit and is installed integrally in the hole. The oil separating unit comprises a screen plate(112) formed like a container inserted from the hole into the passage of the gear train unit and composed of a plurality of gas-through holes(114a,116a) arranged on the upper surface and an oil collecting mesh(118) fixed and mounted at the screen plate to separate the oil from the blow-by gas passing the gas-through holes.
