METHOD FOR TRADING STOCK USING VIRTUAL ACCOUNT AND MANAGER HAVING ACCOUNT MANAGING RIGHT

PURPOSE: A method for trading stock using a virtual account and a manager contract is provided to prevent a stock investor from performing unreasonable investment, and enable the investor to make more profits by offering/managing an account managing right to enable the investor to invest more funds, as deposit of the stock investor is used as security. CONSTITUTION: The manager contract for managing a stock trading account is made with a customer. The account corresponding to the security offered from the manager is opened and the managing right of the opened account is given to the manager(S410). The manager vicariously trades the investment target stock. A loss ratio of the manager is calculated based on information for the stock trading of the manager(S430). When the calculated loss ratio is over the limit loss ratio, the managing right is restricted(S440).
