PURPOSE: An integrated statistical server equipment connected to plural simple switching systems and a controlling method thereof are provided to connect plural PBX systems to one integrated statistical server, and to transceive statistical data with the integrated statistical server through a packet signal, thereby processing the statistical data of the PBX systems with the one server without constructing separate statistical servers. CONSTITUTION: In an initial state(S1), a device processes a requested call signal(S2). The device forms call-processed event data as statistical data, converts the statistical data into packet data, and transmits the packet data to an external integrated statistical server equipment(S3). The server equipment decides whether the statistical data are received from plural PBX systems(S4). If so, the server equipment analyzes the statistical data according to each PBX system, and stores the analyzed data(S5). The server equipment decides whether a signal for requesting statistical data of a specific PBX system to be transmitted is received(S6). If so, the server equipment reads the statistical data of the specific PBX system, and sends the read data to a client equipment(S7).
