PURPOSE: A heat recovery system of a waste water heat recovery device is provided to effectively use pre-heated clean water and to save energy by separating and recovering the clean water pre-heated at low, middle, and high temperature according to the temperature of the waste water into the temperature with high economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a heat recovery system of a waste water heat recovery device, the waste hot water with high temperature is transferred from a waste water discharge equipment(110) to a heat exchanger(300) by a waste water transfer pump(100). The clean water with room temperature is transferred from a clean water storage tank(210) to the heat exchanger by a clean water transfer pump(200). The clean water with the room temperature is pre-heated by the waste hot water in the heat exchanger. A waste water temperature sensor(S-1) is installed at a waste water inlet port(350) of the heat exchanger to measure the temperature of the waste hot water. The clean water transfer pump is stopped if the temperature of the waste hot water is below a reference value. A clean water discharge pipe(P) is installed at a clean water outlet port(320) of the heat exchanger and branched off into high and low pressure clean water inducing pipes(P-1,P-2). A clean water temperature sensor(S-2) is mounted at the clean water discharge pipe to measure the temperature of discharge pre-heated clean water. An automatic control valve(AV-1,AV-2) is disposed at the high and low pressure clean water inducing pipes to open and close the flow of the pre-heated clean water.
